Just to let you know what a success your horsebox rental has been for us. I feel like I now know all of your staff personally, their approachability and expertise gave me confidence and when I saw the condition of the box, both the horse and the living areas, I was absolutely delighted. As a non-horsy mum of a very keen daughter I felt I could transport her horses in safety and comfort. We even took granny who is very particular! She loved the luxurious accommodation, her comfy bed, TV and bathroom facilities.

It was the perfect weekend for everyone and we had the added thrill of bringing home some rosettes. Many thanks again for providing such an excellent service, we gave your details to several people who were interested in hiring a box and we will defiantly be using you again in the future

I felt I had to write to congratulate you on your service. For many years I have searched for a company such as yours without success. Although we are based in Norfolk, a good 5 hours drive from yourselves, you offered a delivery service at a competitive rate that we decided to go for. We were a little sceptical that the box would arrive on time, but sure enough the box arrived in plenty of time. We had a fantastic, hassle free week at Ponies UK with our 2 daughters and their 3 ponies with your box being the base for some memorable parties.

In response to your e-mail, I had never hired a horsebox before seeing your advert, and I was a little concerned because some of the stories I had heard from friends who had hired boxes - concerns about them not being roadworthy, badly maintained and even dirty!!

I needn't have worried. Your box was immaculate and the items provided with the hire were excellent.

The hire package you put together had been created with the whole team in mind (horse, rider, groom and driver) not just a vehicle for transporting horses. What an excellent idea.

You have clearly given a lot of thought to what the rider/horses need in a box, from basic necessities to luxury items I would not have expected to be included in the hire price.

I have sung your praises to many of my friends because the value for money was exceptional. Although I have recently purchased a new box of my own, should I need to hire again, yours will be the first number I ring.

Good to hear from you.

When we hired the horsebox in August, we were more than pleased. Upon arrival we were made to feel very welcome by all members of the staff.

We were offered a very detailed explanation as to how the horsebox worked and the horsebox was filled with fuel and water ready to go.

The parking for our own vehicle was extremely secure.
